Going places and taking pictures is something that's always been a huge part of me. Photography opens my eyes and heart to see the detail in the otherwise trivial. During my two cruise ship contracts in Alaska, Mexico, and Central America I spent so much time exploring different places. Some were majestic and beautiful, some introspective and sad, and some even dangerous. Whenever possible, I had my camera with me to make a record of these visits. I realized that it was documenting my experiences not just for me to reminisce on later, but also to share with others. In essence, the camera was a making a permanent record of my own memories, so by enjoying these galleries you're reliving and sharing my past as seen through my eyes.
